Nature of Jewelry

All jewelry, including fine and permanent jewelry, is not meant to last forever. Normal wear, lifestyle, and individual use all affect the longevity of any piece. BONDED jewelry is crafted using the same premium-quality chains sourced from trusted jewelry wholesalers—the same suppliers used by high-end and fine jewelry stores.

Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer

While BONDED operates within the permanent jewelry industry, our jewelry is not indestructible. The term “permanent” refers to the custom, clasp-less fit and experience—not a lifetime guarantee.

Warranty Policy

BONDED offers a 48-hour craftsmanship warranty from the time of service. This warranty applies only to issues that may be directly related to our weld or workmanship. If there is a craftsmanship-related defect, it would be evident within this timeframe.

After 48 hours, all sales are final.

Loss, Damage & Wear

Once your jewelry leaves our studio, BONDED is not responsible for:

• Lost jewelry

• Broken chains due to wear, force, or lifestyle

• Damage caused by pulling, snagging, impact, or daily activities

Just like any traditional jewelry retailer, replacement or loss is not covered and is considered the responsibility of the client. Any loss or theft should be addressed through your personal insurance provider.

Custom Fit Experience

The distinguishing factor between BONDED jewelry and traditional fine jewelry is the custom-fitted, clasp-less experience provided in our studio. Aside from this bespoke fitting and experience, the materials and chain quality are consistent with those found at reputable fine jewelry retailers.
